Your car is pre-soaked with pressurized wet steam to remove tough dirt, bugs, and road salt from the exterior vehicle surfaces.
Wheels:

Soft brushes are used to clean the rim and tires, removing the brake dust from wheel faces, wheel barrels, which will etch the surface of the wheel, and application of water based tire gel.
Drying:
